Set up Agreement Types

Using flexible options you can Set up Agreement Types. When you Create an Agreement you enter an Agreement Type, which should be set up ahead of time. You can override the Agreement Type controls on the fields provided on the individual Agreement:

•	Billing Type - Automatic generation or Time of Service

►	Automatic billing - Future Service Calls or a Job will be covered by a certain total amount, divided into a set number of automatic, periodic billings, issued regardless of whether any work has yet been done.

►	Time of Service - The source of billing is Posted Schedule Slots from Service Calls performed, under the terms of the Agreement

•	Duration of Agreement, in months.

•	Number of Billings

You are offering the Customer special terms that extend over more than one job, for an expected duration of time. Related Work Orders will contain the Agreement ID on the Work Order General Tab.
