When you select to enter a New Estimate/Project, the entire Work Order Details screen appears, with all the Work Order Tabs.

The screen is open at the General Tab, which is where you first describe the new Project. Right behind this is the Estimate Tab, in case you wish to maintain that also at this time, since the Estimate is the first true step. (See Display the Work Order Screen for further explanation of all tabs.)

The auto-filled fields are sufficient to create the new Estimate/Project Call without further entries. Or you can add whatever detailed information you wish at this time.

When complete:

Click OK to create the Estimate/Project
