The Schedule Board is at the heart of FieldOne. Schedulers and dispatchers will spend a lot of time using their choice of Schedule Board formats. By learning the powerful and flexible features, each one will find the best way to work with ease and amazing speed.

Schedule Board Overview:

The Schedule Board is the workspace where you manage schedules for employees and work done on jobs. (To keep the Schedule Board and more than one Customer or Work Order or transaction open simultaneously, see Bottom Tabs for Navigation.)

The emphasis is on using visual tools, like Drag-n-Drop and colors, to make the tasks flow as naturally as possible. You can quickly estimate the assigned workload and where to place new assignments. The look-and-feel mimics the well-known Microsoft Outlook Calendar, with similar functionality and ease of use.

You can start work schedules, rearrange them, and then complete, post, and invoice scheduled work, all directly from this single screen. You can work with multiple Schedule Boards at one time.

The design is very flexible, with many options suited to different companies, users, and types of work. Customized views tailored for special purposes can be saved and reused. Since the mode of operating is very intuitive, you can start using the Schedule Board right away, but it is worth some further study so that you can completely configure its features to your company's needs.
