When you use Export DataView, you can turn any DataView screen display into an instant Excel spreadsheet, XML file or text file. Remember that you can Save and Reuse Layouts to create permanent data exports here.

Using the export function you can take your data outside FieldOne and use it in other applications and utilities.

Right-click anywhere in the column header section of any DataView to select Export DataView from the DataView Menu Functions. Click the arrow at the right of the menu to see the three types of export format for your data:
