Activate a Project

Once your Customer has accepted the Estimate for the Project, you must Activate the Project to turn it into a working Project.

•	On the Tasks Panel at the left of the work screen, use the Lookup Manager to select Work Order Lookup.

•	The full-size Lookup screen will appear. (To add or change a record, see Large Lookup, Add or Edit.)

•	From within the Work Order screen for the Project, click on the Actions button and then click Activate Estimate.

The Office Manager can track and manage Projects.

•	From the Office Manager panel, select the Open Estimates Tab

•	You can turn an Estimate into an active Project Work Order:

►	Click to select the Work Order

►	Click on the Activate Estimate button at the bottom left of the Open Estimates screen.

When completed:

The Status of the project will now change from Estimate to In Progress.
