Once your Customer has accepted the Estimate for the Project, you must Activate the Project to turn it into a working Project.
| • | On the Tasks Panel at the left of the work screen, use the Lookup Manager to select Work Order Lookup. | 
| • | The full-size Lookup screen will appear. (To add or change a record, see Large Lookup, Add or Edit.) | 
| • | From within the Work Order screen for the Project, click on the Actions button and then click Activate Estimate. | 
The Office Manager can track and manage Projects.
| • | From the Office Manager panel, select the Open Estimates Tab | 
| • | You can turn an Estimate into an active Project Work Order: | 
| ► | Click to select the Work Order | 
| ► | Click on the Activate Estimate button at the bottom left of the Open Estimates screen. | 
When completed:
The Status of the project will now change from Estimate to In Progress.
