Summing Footers

The Summing Footer offers a choice of Summing Functions for any DataView column.

Right-click anywhere in the column header section to select a Summing Footer from the DataView Menu Functions. You can select Group Footers if you want subtotals as well as totals.

•	Footer - Adds a Summing Footer

•	Group Footers - Adds Summing Footer for each Group, subtotals and grand total

At the bottom of the DataView (and specified Groups) an extra row displays the Summing Footer. The example below uses Group By for the field Job Site, so there are Group Footers for each subtotal and a grand total Footer at the bottom.

Right-click the footer box under any column to select an appropriate Summing Function, if any.

In the example above, the Count function shows at the left and the Sum for the columns to the right.

Display the Sum of this column

Display the Minimum within this column

Display the Maximum within this column

Display the Count of items in this column

Display the Average of all items in this column

Leave the Footer box empty
