The DataView screen uses Data Entry Icons to control adding and changing detail lines:
| • | Plus Icon - opens the Add New line (or Schedule Board column) for data entry (same as "Click here" on a DataView row) |
| • | Minus Icon - removes any detail line (or Schedule Board column) selected in the display |
| • | Check-mark Icon - posts the Add New detail line to the display (Save occurs only when you click OK to exit screen - Cancel removes all "posted" details.) |
| • | Cross-out Icon - clears data on the Add New detail line (only) |
| • | Circular arrow - refreshes entire DataView, all detail lines since last Save |
Some DataView entry screens also allow placement controls. (Note that you can use the Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl + Click with the Up or Down arrow to skip ten rows instead of one.)
| • | Up-arrow - moves detail up one line in the window |
| • | Down-arrow - moves detail down one line in the window |
