The General Tab contains descriptive information about the Company which is used on System Report Templates generated for Estimates, Agreements, Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc., such as the Company Name, Address, and Phone.
In this tab you specify the address and contact information of your company.
Fields: (For help with data entry, see Field Select Boxes and Field Helpers.)
Company Name:
The formal name of your Company, as it appears on letterheads, etc.
Address:
One of the possible choices used in all the Mapping functions, including GPS Vehicle Routing and Driving Directions and Technician Routing.
Tip: In order to make use of Mapping, always record the street address on the second line of the address field. Extra information such as the apartment / suite number can go on the third line of the address field.
Phone, Fax, Web Site, Email:
