When you make Multiple Assignments for Schedule Slots the idea is that more than one person is working on the same job, at the same place and the same time. Every entry for work performed on a certain Date and Time (a Schedule Slot) can apply to multiple Employees on the Schedule Board.

| • | Use the Select Technicians select-box to make sure that the Layout View on the Schedule Board shows all the Employees involved. |
As a result, all changes made to any of these linked Schedule Slots, under any of the specified Employees, will be updated to this Schedule Slot for the other Employees as well.
