You can use the Unassigned Column to create, or "park" Schedule Slots you plan for a Selected Date, but have not yet assigned to a particular Technician.
This comes in handy when you want to make sure a Work Order does get scheduled for a specific date but you can't decide while taking the call which Technician to send out.
| • | Create the Schedule Slot in the Unassigned Column |
| • | When ready, use the mouse to Drag-n-Drop the Unassigned Schedule Slot over to the desired Technician |
The Unassigned Column behaves like all the other Technician Columns. You can do the following:
