Select Number of Visible Columns is one of three Column Control tools commonly used for the Schedule Board.
• | You can reduce the number columns seen at one time, in order to eliminate a "cluttered" appearance, allowing you to focus better on the scheduling. |
• | You can add more columns in order to get an overview of all available Technicians (using "mouse-over" to show miniaturized details.) |
If you choose fewer columns than there are Employees (say, six columns for twelve Employees), the remaining selected Employees are "in the background," available by moving the Horizontal Scroll Bar at the bottom of the columns from left to right, or by using the Plus and Minus and Refresh Icons on the left.
To increase or decrease the number of visible columns:
• | Plus Sign (+) Add another column |
• | Minus Sign (-) Subtract a column |
