When it comes to Customers and Jobs, FieldOne makes a clear distinction between Job Sites and Jobs. Thus a parent Customer can have multiple Job Sites, which in turn can have multiple Jobs, known as Work Orders.
The table below indicates visually how the Customer and Job Site list in QuickBooks maps to Customer and Job Site.

The Import will create a link between the parent Customer record in both locations. (If for some reason you wish to assign a specific Customer in FieldOne to a different Customer in QuickBooks, see Understand QuickBooks Naming Exceptions.)
