For some purposes you may wish to use the simple DataView Format to display the Schedule screen, with the Schedule Slots appearing as multiple detail lines.

You can quickly and flexibly review Schedule Slots that have already been entered for the selected Date.

TIP: The DataView format allows you to view (and work easily with) the Priority of the Schedule Slots.

To see this view, use the Actions button on the Schedule Board and select Show in DataView.

This screen, with multiple details, is a DataView, where you can adjust the layout, print or export the data (see DataView Menu). There may also be a header panel above for the "parent" of the details, or a DataView Footer below. Usually you can use key-matching search on fields like ID Number.

 

Be sure to use the Horizontal Scroll Bar to see all the fields currently available on this screen.

Double-click on any Schedule Slot detail line to open to the Schedule Slot Details screen to make changes.
