To Schedule a Work Order:

It might be that the best time to create a Service Call is when you start scheduling it. Perhaps you know the Technician in advance, or the exact Date or Time. Or maybe you just wish to schedule a phone call upon arrival.
► | If you begin a New Service Call at the time you enter its Schedule, the details you enter there for Technicians and Schedule will then be transferred to the Schedule Tab on the Work Order, saving you time on data entry. |
► | Taking these steps in this order will save you later steps as you work with the Slot Details Panel. |
