Shloma founded Pioneer Interactive (now FieldOne) in 2001 and currently serves as President and Chief Technology Officer. Shloma started his career as a custom application programmer and has always been passionate about creating software that is both robust and intuitive. He was previously the President of SB Data Module which created custom software applications for finance, education and media companies. During that time, Shloma was approached by several business owners in the field services industry, who wanted to run their entire company on one application program. They outgrew QuickBooks - which didn't meet many of their unique functional needs - and were desperate for a program that was specifically designed for field service organizations and that was comprehensive, yet easy to use. Shloma worked closely with owners of field service businesses to develop FieldOne to bring to market what customers really needed in a business application program. Shloma and his development team have worked continuously to add functions requested by their customers.

Shloma is proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies. He has designed and implemented multi-tier systems and architected and designed large, complex systems, and successfully managed applications though their lifecycles.
