The FieldOne Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales revenue in the assigned territory and develop the pipeline and foundation for future growth. The FieldOne Pre-Sales Engineer will focus on identifying requirements, documenting and demonstrating FieldOne Sky to field service prospects. This position entails that the majority of time is spent supporting our sales team, consulting directly with prospects to develop solution architecture designs, preparing and presenting solution concept demonstrations, and executing technical leadership tasks related to client project delivery. This role also requires spending time on-site with clients.

The Senior Project Manager will establish a deep understanding of
FieldOne’s Sky platform and its interdependencies with other corporate
and external systems. The chosen candidate will also perform detailed
analyses on clients’ complex business requests and appropriately
document data and provide reports for their business and IT personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our customers' IT departments to facilitate an environment that optimizes the use of IT products, systems, services and procedures to meet the needs of the business.
- Study the client business processes, issues, and data challenges and gather the necessary information to document the business/technical requirements (understand business requests, identify solutions and translate the business needs to a functional specification that is turned over to development).
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify applications. Information may be obtained through interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analyses, and workflow analysis.
- Document functional requirements, system design specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, screen, and interface designs. Track project status and assure process compliance of application development.
- Work with the client to analyze business processes and system issues for conversion into actionable system changes that benefit the business.
- Work closely with the development team to coordinate the system changes and with the QA team to ensure appropriate system testing.

Microsoft CRM Implementation Specialist/Developer
The Microsoft CRM Implementation Specialist/Developer is responsible
for FieldOne's successful MS CRM-related work with customers. This
position is an account advisor role to ensure that MS CRM work is
completed with adoption criteria met, as well as to guide and recommend
additional work as scoped to ensure clear communications and client
satisfaction.
The Implementer/Developer will gather business requirements, scope refinement, and provide detail designs of work effort and will facilitate and coordinate meetings with all levels of business management. The position requires project management skills, and responsibilities include customization of the MS CRM screens using the built-in-systems. Also necessary is a firm understanding of MS CRM and its integration points; the chosen candidate will deliver solutions to customers based on extracting information from their business and design requirements. The implementation Specialist/Developer must possess knowledge of the MS CRM workflow for workflow design, using best practices to ensure successful adoption.
As a part of this role, the MS CRM Implementer/Developer will ensure incidents (trouble tickets) and service requests are assigned and responded to, followed up on, and resolved in a timely, efficient manner.

assist in scheduling activities for the projects assigned, along with
managing internal documentations of process and continual improvement
initiative. The chosen candidate will also communicate with other
FieldOne management staff regarding the support team's status, critical
client issues and concerns and suggestions for improving client
satisfaction and overall team efficiencies.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years Microsoft development experience
- Experience with C#, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML, IIS 6 + 7, ADO, XML and XSL
- C# is critical. Must be able to create C# based extension to CRM. User Interface Experience is required.
- 2+ years of JavaScript experience, strong understanding of JavaScript
- 2+ years of Microsoft Reporting Server experience
- Solid understanding of creating reports with the SSRS
- 2+ years of Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Multiple successful implementations of Microsoft CRM both on-line and on-premise

Application Support Specialist - Technical Support
The Application Support Specialist will provide technical support for FieldOne clients by assisting with installation, application management and employee training to help clients achieve optimum performance. The Specialist will communicate with trainees through phone and email, and be available to answer support and technical questions.
