Installing FieldOne Terra Mobile
on an iPhone

The FieldOne Terra Mobile application runs on both iPhone and Android operating systems. Proceed to the appropriate market to search for and download the application. Searching for "FieldOne" should yield the fastest results. Select the application and follow the prompts to load.

Once you have loaded the application, you will need the following, in order to configure for your environment

  • At least one mobile license (check with your FieldOne Account Representative to purchase and/or confirm)
  • The public IP address of the network that contains your FieldOne Terra server application (try www.canyouseeme.org from a computer in your network to get this address).
  • Open ports on your network: 16000, 16001, and 8098 (on any hard or soft device that can control network traffic - see your I.T. professional to establish port forwarding rules on Firewall software and on your Router(s)).

Configuration Instructions:

  • Select "New Connection"
  • Type the name of your choosing into the "Connection Name" box
  • Type the public IP address of the network that contains your FieldOne Terra server
  • Select "Select a Company File" (this will produce the list of company files that you currently have in FieldOne Terra - most companies have just one file listed here)
  • Select the appropriate file by clicking on the small circle next to the file name
  • Press the "Add New Connection" button

Note: When you login for the first time, the system will take a few minutes to synchronize data with your FieldOne Terra server. Subsequent logins will take substantially less time.
