I want to record all the details of a job performed, but also want the option to hide those details on the customer's invoice. Can I choose what to share with the customer?

This is where our streamlined solution, Line Groups, comes into play. Just set the description you wish to show to the client and then attach the actual transactions to the Line Group. The system will automatically calculate the total of the Line Group for you and all the other information will be kept confidential.
